i have also found a customer service which help with social network helpline www.socialnetworkhelpline.com but to be able to talk to a person and not a machine it is very expensive.

I AM WRITING A FORMAL LETTER TO FACEBOOK’S CEO AS WELL AS GETTING IN TOUCH WITH A NATIONAL PAPER (THE TIMES) AND NEED ALL YOUR HELP TO START A WORLDWIDE PETITION AGAINST FACEBOOK AND THE BOYCOTT OF THEIR ADVERTISERS.

My account has just been disabled by Facebook,
for sending to many messgaes

My good friend Sharon died this week
and i was asked by a close personal friend of her family
to make contact with her friends and let them know
So i set about sending a message to each of her friend on Facebook

When i saw the warning that i was sending too many messages, i did not
realise that you would close my account rather than just stopping me send
messages, so i thought it made sense to let as many friends of sharons as possible know about our loss, to provide them with the opportunity to attend her funeral and wake

I am still involved in organising Sharons wake this weekend, and having
access to my face book would very much help

As an emergency worker, i work in disasters all around the world
Facebook has become almost an essential tool for me in keeping in contact
with friends and families scattered across the globe

After 2 days I received the following reply

These limits restrict the rate at which you can use certain features on the site, including the message feature. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the specific rates that have been deemed abusive.

Your account was disabled because you exceeded Facebook’s limits on multiple occasions, despite having been warned to slow down. However, after reviewing your situation, we have reconfirmed your account and you should now be able to access it again.

Please be aware that if your account is disabled again, we will not be able to reactivate it. While using the message feature, keep in mind that it’s possible to run into a block based on how many messages you send and how fast you send them. It’s also possible to be blocked when either starting a new message thread or replying to a message. Lastly, deleting old messages will not allow you to send more messages. When you are allowed to resume using the message feature, please proceed with caution to avoid hitting the limit again. Let me know if you have further questions.
